All compositions are based off the sketches of Suprematist Designer, Lazar Khidekel. Khidekel was a notable figure in the Russian Avant-Garde movement, being a prolific Suprematist artist and possibly the only one to apply its principles to architectural pursuits. The results are designs that were well ahead of their time, foreshadowing art movements that would take decades to appear in The West and contemporary space station and science-fiction design.
Archived among his remaining works are rough sketches of Suprematist designs, never fully realized. I recreated them digitally and animated them with a subtle parallax, styled to appear as paint on canvas.
